These terms apply to drone media, FPV, inspection, mapping and training services provided by Launch UAVs. By booking or requesting a quote, you agree to the following.
Starting prices shown on this site are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed in your quote and may vary based on location, flight complexity, editing, travel, permits, timeline and deliverables. A deposit may be required to confirm a booking.
All flights are conducted under a current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate and applicable regulations. Some locations require airspace authorization or property permissions, which may affect scheduling and feasibility.
Drone operations depend on safe weather and clear airspace. If conditions are unsafe or authorization is denied, we will reschedule to the next available date at no penalty.
Deliverables and timelines are defined per project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Launch UAVs may display delivered work in its own portfolio and marketing. Client usage rights are granted as specified in the project agreement.
Launch UAVs stands behind its work. Confirmed projects are built around an agreed scope, intended use and deliverables. If delivered media does not match the agreed scope, technical standards or approved project direction, Launch UAVs will provide reasonable revisions, replacement edits or another appropriate make-it-right solution. This guarantee covers the quality, scope and technical execution of deliverables; it does not guarantee specific business outcomes such as sale price, attendance, ad performance or revenue.
